Loretta A. Talbert is a commercial lawyer, practicing since 1994. She received her Bachelor of Science degree and her Masters in Education from Florida State University. Ms. Talbert received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa, College of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Talbert served as a member of the Iowa Law Review. She also interned for the Circuit Court for the Second Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee, Florida.
Ms. Talbert has represented individuals and businesses in a broad range of commercial matters including foreclosures, real property disputes, business torts and bankruptcy. Ms. Talbert also has served as a Judicial Staff Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida.
Ms. Talbert became associated with the Firm in 2002 and specializes in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. She is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
